Access on the server, never in the browser

Every page that returns products, prices or stock first checks on the server whether that dealer is even allowed to see that brand. Not bypassable via a clever URL.

Nothing trusted from outside

A brand id from a link is never simply accepted — always checked first against the brands that are on for that company.

Everything is logged

Changes to brand access run through workflows with an audit log. You see exactly who got what and when.

Protected against abuse

Login endpoints are rate-limited against brute force. Credentials are stored encrypted in the database.

Frequently asked questions

Can I migrate my existing brands and products?
Yes. We move your catalog, prices and dealers to one central instance. Because brands are treated as data, you then simply add new brands without setting up a new shop.
Can dealers really only see their own brands?
Yes, guaranteed. Access control is enforced on the server on every request — not in the browser. A dealer cannot reach brands that are not released for them, not even by tampering with the URL.
Does it work with my stock and payment systems?
Out of the box KarpCore connects with Picqer (stock/orders) and Pay.nl (iDEAL and European payment methods). The platform is modular, so connecting other systems is an extension, not a rebuild.
How long does it take to go live?
That depends on your number of brands, products and integrations. Because we build on a proven base with automated deploys, it is faster than full custom work. In a short call we sketch a realistic timeline for your situation.
Can it grow as I add brands or dealers?
Yes. You switch on a new brand and assign access to a new dealer. One instance serves all your brands and dealers — the architecture was designed for this from the start.
